SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $75 | $5.99 on orders under $75
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Fitness@360-activeapparel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
